Vintage French navy blue and white check cotton . This Kitty dress has a round neck, high waist, gathered sleeves and a vintage rickrack trim at the hem. There are pockets in the gathered skirt . The cotton had never been used so I washed it first to “deglaze” the stiffness and it will get even softer with wear .
